SINGLE-ROLLER

Single-roller rotators provide the simplest solution available for rotating operations, especially in cases where the dimensions of the workpieces differ only slightly. They can be used effectively for welding silos, pipes, pressure vessels, etc.

The rotator increases the efficiency of automatic and manual welding and plays a significant role in reducing crane operations.

The single-roller tank rotator consists of a driven and an idle side, which can be customized depending on the end use.  

The operator can rotate the workpiece clockwise or counterclockwise. The rotation speed can be precisely set on the control panel or with one of the optional controls.

Special work requires the replacement of the rollers. The roller or the entire head can be replaced on our rollers without tools to install a special, e.g. heat-resistant, roller or a longer shaft.

RAIL SYSTEM
Rail mounted feet are available for modular rotators. Caster feet are available in both motorized and free-running versions. The track width is adjustable over a wide range and the rollers are designed to be compatible with an existing rail system.
