SELF-ADJUSTING

Rotators with self-adjusting heads rotators are ideal when the size of the rotated workpieces varies greatly from piece to piece. It can usually be used to fabricate pressure vessels, pipes, silos, towers. These tank rotators are able to perform automatic adjustment over a wide range of size. 

The rotator increases the efficiency of both automatic and manual welding and plays a significant role in reducing the need for crane operations.

The rotators with self-adjusting heads usually have a driven and an idle side, which can be customized depending on the end use.

The operator can rotate the workpiece clockwise or counterclockwise. The rotation speed can be precisely set on the control panel or with one of the optional controls.

Special work requires the replacement of the rollers. The roller or the entire head can be replaced on our rollers without tools to install a special, e.g. heat-resistant, roller or a longer shaft.

Rail mounted feet are available for modular rotators. Caster feet are available in both motorized and free-running versions. The track width is adjustable over a wide range and the rollers are designed to be compatible with an existing rail system.
